1. About Allevia Senior Care
Allevia Senior Care is a licensed, bonded, and insured non-medical home care agency serving seniors and individuals with disabilities across Northeast Ohio. We provide non-medical in-home support only and do not offer nursing, medical, clinical, or emergency care.
2. Non-Medical Service Disclaimer
Specifically, all services described on the Site—including daily living assistance, companionship, mobility support, transportation, errands, and disability support—are strictly non-medical. In addition, the Site does not provide medical advice. Therefore, for emergencies, please call 911 immediately.
3. Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing www.alleviaseniorcare.com, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. However, if you do not agree with these provisions, then you must discontinue use immediately.
4. Eligibility
You may use the Site only if you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into agreements. Furthermore, you agree to access the Site solely for lawful purposes.

7. Caregiver Relationship Notice
Caregivers are independent contractors rather than employees of Allevia. As a result, they manage their own schedules and delivery methods while following our professional and safety guidelines.
8. Service Areas & Limitations
Services are currently available across Northeast Ohio and Bangor, Maine (coming soon). However, service availability depends on caregiver staffing, geographic coverage, and initial assessment results.
9. No Guaranteed Start Dates
Service starts dates depend on caregiver availability, care needs, and scheduling factors. No timeline is guaranteed.
10. Fees, Payments & Insurance
We accept Private Pay and Long-Term Care Insurance, and will soon accept VA and Medicaid. However, submitting an inquiry does not guarantee service approval or insurance coverage.
11. User-Generated Content
Information submitted (forms, emails, uploads) must be accurate. You allow Allevia to use submitted information for care coordination and business operations per our Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
All content—logos, text, graphics, images, and layouts—is owned by Allevia Senior Care. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
13. Third-Party Links
For example, our Site may connect to third-party scheduling tools, insurers, or partners. Consequently, we are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of those external websites.
14. Data Privacy & Cookies
