1. About Allevia Senior Care
Allevia Senior Care is a licensed, bonded, and insured non-medical home care agency serving seniors and individuals with disabilities across Northeast Ohio. We provide non-medical in-home support only and do not offer nursing, medical, clinical, or emergency care.
2. Non-Medical Service Disclaimer
All services described on the Site—including daily living assistance, companionship, mobility support, transportation, errands, and disability support—are non-medical. The Site does not provide medical advice. For emergencies, call 911.
3. Acceptance Of Terms

Caregivers are independent contractors, not employees of Allevia. They manage their own schedules and delivery methods while following professional and safety guidelines.

Services are available across Northeast Ohio and Bangor, Maine (coming soon). Availability depends on caregiver staffing, geographic coverage, and assessment results.
9. No Guaranteed Start Dates
Service starts dates depend on caregiver availability, care needs, and scheduling factors. No timeline is guaranteed.
10. Fees, Payments & Insurance
We accept Private Pay, Long-Term Care Insurance, and will soon accept VA and Medicaid. Inquiries do not guarantee service approval or insurance coverage.
11. User-Generated Content
Information submitted (forms, emails, uploads) must be accurate. You allow Allevia to use submitted information for care coordination and business operations per our Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
All content—logos, text, graphics, images, and layouts—is owned by Allevia Senior Care. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
13. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for third-party websites linked through our Site, including scheduling tools, insurers, or partners.
